Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 1/2 kg.
  • Dry Fenugreek - 3/4 cup.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp.
  • Green chillies - 3.
  • Dry crushed Red Chillies 1/2 -tsp.
  • Curry leaves - few.
  • How to Make Potatoes with dry fenugreek:

    1. In 1/2 cup ghee, fry curry leaves and fenugreek seeds.
    2. Add little water, add in dry crushed red chillies and green chillies.
    3. Now add washed fenugreek and fry well. Add potato cubes and fry.
    4. Cover and cook on low flame after adding 1/4 cup of water, salt cook till done.
