How to Make Potatoes with dry fenugreek

  • In 1/2 cup ghee, fry curry leaves and fenugreek seeds.
  • Add little water, add in dry crushed red chillies and green chillies.
  • Now add washed fenugreek and fry well. Add potato cubes and fry.
  • Cover and cook on low flame after adding 1/4 cup of water, salt cook till done.
