Ingredients

  • 4 - potato.
  • 4 tsp - Peanut powder.
  • 1 - onion.
  • 1 - tomato.
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Few - curry leaves.
  • Few - coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice.

How to Make Potatoes With Groundnut (Peanut) Powder

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When they crackle, saute onions till they turn brown, add green chillies, tomato, turmeric, chilli and coriander powders along with salt.
  • Add potato pieces and cover the pan with lid and cook for 7-8 mins on medium flame stirring occasionally.
  • Add the roasted peanut powder, curry leaves and chopped coriander and stir for a minute.
  • Add 1 tsp of lemon juice mix well and remove from the flame.
  • Serve hot.
