  • 1 tsp -sugar.
  • Salt according to your taste.
  • 2 tsp -lemon juice.
  • Grated cheese.
  • 2-3 - sticks of cinnamon.

How to Make Potli Chicken

  • Take the spinach leaves and wash in water.
  • Take the chicken breast and flatten it.
  • Make incisions on the chicken, add salt and pepper powder.
  • Add a spinach leaf over the chicken.
  • Take grated cheese and butter, make a dough and add it on the chicken.
  • After that, fold the chicken and wrap it in a foil paper and make a potli.
  • Add a potli into boiling water and boil for 12 minutes.
  • For orange sauce: Add sugar in a frying pan and caramelize it.
  • Add orange juice into the frying pan and cook.
  • To make the sauce thicker, add corn-starch.
