Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken breast pieces.
  • 4 - leaves of spinach.
  • 1 cup -orange juice.
  • 1 tsp -corn-starch.
  • 1 tsp -sugar.
  • Salt according to your taste.
  • 2 tsp -lemon juice.
  • Grated cheese.
  • 2-3 - sticks of cinnamon.
  • How to Make Potli Chicken:

    1. Take the spinach leaves and wash in water.
    2. Take the chicken breast and flatten it.
    3. Make incisions on the chicken, add salt and pepper powder.
    4. Add a spinach leaf over the chicken.
    5. Take grated cheese and butter, make a dough and add it on the chicken.
    6. After that, fold the chicken and wrap it in a foil paper and make a potli.
    7. Add a potli into boiling water and boil for 12 minutes.
    8. For orange sauce: Add sugar in a frying pan and caramelize it.
    9. Add orange juice into the frying pan and cook.
    10. To make the sauce thicker, add corn-starch.
    11. Then add salt and mix it and add cinnamon.
    12. Pour lemon juice for sour flavour.
