Ingredients

  • 250 g - half cooked basmati rice.
  • 100 g - prawn, divined.
  • 300 g - chicken boneless, cut into small pieces.
  • 2 - capsicum.
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 tsp - meat masala.
  • dry coconut powder, roasted.
  • 2 - shredded onions.
  • 1 small cup - curds.
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric.
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder.

How to Make Prawn - Chicken Biryani

  • Heat some oil and add onions. After they are browned, add ginger garlic paste and microwave for 30 secs. Add prawns and chicken, and microwave for five minutes stirring them in between.
  • Add water, curds, garam masala, coconut powder, turmeric power, chilli powder, dhania powder.
  • Microwave for 10 more mins on high, stirring them in between.
  • Leave it there for ten more mins.
  • Remove and apply some butter on top.
  • If the biryani looks dry on the surface, add little water.
  • Again microwave for 2 mins.
  • Garnish with fresh dhania and serve.
