Ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiled Prawns
  • 1 can sweet Corn
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cup - cheese, grated
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Prawn and Corn Bake:

    1. Add butter, flour and fry until pinkish.
    2. Add milk and stir to thick, smooth consistency.
    3. Remove from heat and add all ingredients except eggs. Mix well.
    4. Fold in eggs and pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
    5. Stand this dish in a pan of hot water and bake in an oven at 180 C for half an hour.
