Ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiled prawns
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 3 tbsp - butter
  • 2 tbsp - flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cup - cheese, grated
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Prawn and Corn Bake

  • Add butter, flour and fry until pinkish.
  • Add milk and stir to thick, smooth consistency.
  • Remove from heat and add all ingredients except eggs. Mix well.
  • Fold in eggs and pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Stand this dish in a pan of hot water and bake in an oven at 180 C for half an hour.
