Ingredients

  • Prawns - 1/2 cup.
  • Mushrooms - 1/2 cup.
  • Dark Soya sauce - 2 tsp.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp.
  • Egg white - 1| For Sauce:
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp, minced.
  • Chilli paste - 1 tsp.
  • Dark soya sauce - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp.
  • aji-no-moto - 1/2 tsp.
  • How to Make Prawn and Mushrooms in Hot Garlic Sauce:

    1. Combine all the ingredients.
    2. Marinate for 1/2 hr.
    3. Deep fry in hot oil, drain and keep aside.
    4. Method for sauce:
    5. Mix corn flour with 1 cup water, soya sauce, sugar, ajinomoto and salt.
    6. Heat oil and fry garlic till brown.
    7. Add prawns / mushrooms and chilli paste, and fry for 1 minute.
    8. Add the corn flour mix and simmer for 2-3 mins.
    9. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
