Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked prawns.
  • 2 cups - boiled potato, peeled and diced.
  • 1/2 cup - spring onion, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - Celery stalks, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - black olives, sliced.
  • 1/2 cup - green olives, sliced.
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise.
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato ketchup.
  • Salt and pepper to taste| For garnish:
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs.
  • 2 tbsp - parsley, chopped.
  • How to Make Prawn and Potato Salad:

    1. Combine all the ingredients from prawns to green olives together.
    2. Mix mayonnaise with ketchup, salt and pepper.
    3. Add to the above mixture and mix well.
    4. Pour into a salad bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
    5. Serve cold, garnished with egg slices and parsley.
