Heat enough oil, saute the chopped spring onions, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes until they turn soft.
Meanwhile grind the fennel seeds and garlic as fine paste, add this paste to the cooking vegetables and saute for few minutes.
Add now the cleaned prawns and saute until the prawns turns pink, immediately add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, cook everything in high flame for 2 minutes, put the flame in simmer, close the pan with lid.
Cook the prawns until the oil get separated, finally add the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
