How to Make Prawn and Spring Onions Masala

  • Heat enough oil, saute the chopped spring onions, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes until they turn soft.
  • Meanwhile grind the fennel seeds and garlic as fine paste, add this paste to the cooking vegetables and saute for few minutes.
  • Add now the cleaned prawns and saute until the prawns turns pink, immediately add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, cook everything in high flame for 2 minutes, put the flame in simmer, close the pan with lid.
  • Cook the prawns until the oil get separated, finally add the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
