Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - prawns, de-veined and chopped finely.
  • 3-4 - green chillies, chopped finely.
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste.
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste.
  • 2 - eggs, beaten.
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely.
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander Leaves.
  • 3 tbsps - gram flour.
  • 1 tbsp - Rice flour.
  • 1/2 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour.
  • Salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • oil for deep frying.
  • 2 tbsp - water|

How to Make Prawn Balls

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the prawns.
  • Make a dough of pakora consistency. Fold in the prawns.
  • Heat oil in the pan. Drop spoonful of dough in and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
