Ingredients

  • 120 gms - ramen noodles/Chinese noodles
  • 4 to 5 pieces - cleaned fresh tiger Prawns
  • 20 gms - Chinese Cabbage
  • 10 gms - Carrots
  • 10 gms - green pepper
  • 10 gms - red pepper
  • 5 gms - white Mushrooms
  • 10 ml - Tabasco sauce
  • 5 ml - soya sauce
  • 5 ml - Sake
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Prawn Chilli Ramen:

    1. Boil the noodles and set aside.
    2. Cut all the vegetables into strips and stir-fry together with the prawns and other ingredients.
    3. Once cooked, add the ramen at the last minute and toss together.
    4. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    5. Place a couple of lime wedges on the side to garnish.
