Ingredients

  • Tiger Prawns - 500 g.
  • Maida - 3 tbsp.
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp.
  • pepper powder - 2 tbsp.
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil for frying.
  • How to Make Prawn fry:

    1. Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a thick batter.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns till they are golden brown in colour.
