Ingredients

  • 12 - Prawns, big size.
  • 3 tsp - Ginger paste.
  • 3 tsp - Garlic paste.
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 cup - Curd.
  • 1 cup - cream.
  • 3 tsp - gram flour.
  • 1 tsp - white pepper.
  • 1 tsp - Ajwain.
  • 1 tsp - Clove powder.

How to Make Prawn Kabab

  • Blend the curd and cream well.
  • Add 3 tsp gram flour, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp clove powder and mix it again.
  • Add prawns to it, mix well, cover with a silver foil and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.
  • Skewer the prawns and bake in a tandoor for 20 mins until it is golden brown.
  • Put butter over the prawns and bake it again for 2 mins.
