  • 250 g - prawns
  • 1 cup - cauliflower florets
  • 50 g - sour curds.
  • 25 g - peas, shelled.
  • 1 cup - cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - each of cumin seeds, garam masala & turmeric powder.
  • 1 big piece ginger.
  • 4 bay leaves.
  • 2 red chillies.
  • 1/2 cup - onion.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Prawn Korma

  • Grind ginger and onion and keep aside.
  • Apply turmeric and salt on the prawns.
  • Heat 4 tbsps oil, put in red chillies, cumin seeds and bay leaves.
  • Add prawns and fry till dry. Put in the curds, salt, all the vegetables and fry till dry.
  • Cover with water and cook over a slow fire, till the prawns and vegetables are done and the gravy is thick.
  • Remove from fire and sprinkle garam masala on top. Serve hot with rice.
