Ingredients

  • 1 cup -minced prawns.
  • 1 cup - shredded Cabbage.
  • 1/2 cup - grated Carrots.
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • 2 tbsp - Soy Sauce.
  • 1/4 cup - Maida or all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 cup - green Onions(chopped).
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Cilantro.
  • 1 tsp - hot Green chilli Paste.
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil for frying.
  • .
  • For Curry:
  • 1 tbsp - oil.
  • 2 tsp - chopped Garlic.
  • 2 tsp - chopped green Chillies.
  • 2 tsp - chopped Curry leaves.
  • 1/4 - chopped green Onions.
  • 1/4 - cup Yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp - Soy Sauce.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • How to Make Prawn Manchurian Curry:

    1. Squeeze water from the cabbage.
    2. Add all the ingredients for the Manchurian. Mix to form a dough.
    3. Make balls and deep fry in the oil. Set aside.
    4. In the other pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, chillies and fry.
    5. Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
    6. Now add the fried Manchurian and beaten yogurt. Saute for 5 min.
    7. Serve hot with chopped green onions and cilantro on top.
