Ingredients

  • 1 cup -minced prawns.
  • 1 cup - shredded Cabbage.
  • 1/2 cup - grated Carrots.
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • 2 tbsp - Soy Sauce.
  • 1/4 cup - Maida or all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 cup - green Onions(chopped).
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Cilantro.
  • 1 tsp - hot green Chilli Paste.
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar.
  • Salt to taste.

  • For Curry:
  • 1 tbsp - oil.
  • 2 tsp - chopped Garlic.
  • 2 tsp - chopped green Chillies.
  • 2 tsp - chopped Curry leaves.
  • 1/4 - chopped green Onions.
  • 1/4 - cup Yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp - Soy Sauce.
  • Salt and pepper.

How to Make Prawn Manchurian Curry

  • Squeeze water from the cabbage.
  • Add all the ingredients for the Manchurian. Mix to form a dough.
  • Make balls and deep fry in the oil. Set aside.
  • In the other pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, chillies and fry.
  • Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • Now add the fried Manchurian and beaten yogurt. Saute for 5 min.
  • Serve hot with chopped green onions and cilantro on top.
