Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Tomato paste.
  • 3 tbsp- oil.
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste.
  • 1 tsp -salt.
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp-Turmeric.
  • 1 tsp- Cumin powder.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 1 tbsp- Vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander powder.
  • 2 cups- Coconut milk.
  • 1- Sprig of curry leaves.
  • 1 cup- Mango cubes.
  • 1 cup - Cleaned prawns.

How to Make Prawn-n-Mango curry

  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and saute the tomato paste.
  • Add 1 tsp of the garlic paste, salt, red chilli, turmeric, cumin and pepper powder.
  • Then add a tbsp of vinegar and the coriander powder.
  • Add 2 cups of coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  • To this, add the curry leaves, the mango cubes and the prawns.
  • Simmer for 10- 15 mins.
