How to Make Prawn Omelette

  • Beat the eggs, milk, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper together.
  • Heat the butter in a heavy frying pan, add prawns, onions and mushrooms. Fry lightly for 5 mins.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the simmering prawns.
  • Cook for 3 mins, lifting edges to allow mixture to spread.
  • Fold and serve immediately.
