Ingredients

  • 2 cups Prawns
  • 3 cups water
  • 8-9 Curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 sprig onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp grated Coconut
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Prawn Salad

  • Bring to boil 3 cups water and curry leaves
  • Add prawns and boil for 5 mins. Remove from fire and drain
  • Cool
  • Mix all the ingredients in bowl except oil, vinegar and lime juice
  • Pour over salad vinegar, then oil and finally lime juice
  • Toss it well
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  • Serve.
