Ingredients

  • 2 cups Prawns
  • 3 cups water
  • 8-9 Curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 sprig onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp grated Coconut
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • How to Make Prawn Salad:

    1. Bring to boil 3 cups water and curry leaves
    2. Add prawns and boil for 5 mins. Remove from fire and drain
    3. Cool
    4. Mix all the ingredients in bowl except oil, vinegar and lime juice
    5. Pour over salad vinegar, then oil and finally lime juice
    6. Toss it well
    7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
    8. Serve.
