Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Prawns (shelled).
  • 6 - Onions (sliced).
  • 2-3 - Green chillies (chopped).
  • 1/2 inch piece - Ginger (chopped).
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric.
  • 1/4 tsp - ground pepper.
  • salt to taste.
  • How to Make Prawns Chilli Fry:

    1. Fry the onions till soft.
    2. Add the green chillies, ginger and powdered masalas and fry.
    3. Then add the prawns and cook till dry.
    4. Serve with rice and curry.
