Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Prawns (shelled).
  • 6 - Onions (sliced).
  • 2-3 - Green chillies (chopped).
  • 1/2 inch piece - Ginger (chopped).
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric.
  • 1/4 tsp - ground pepper.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Prawns Chilli Fry

  • Fry the onions till soft.
  • Add the green chillies, ginger and powdered masalas and fry.
  • Then add the prawns and cook till dry.
  • Serve with rice and curry.
