  • Prawns - 250 g.
  • 3 - onions.
  • 3 - potatoes.
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Red chilli powder - 3/4 tsp.
  • Coconut powder - 3 tbsp.
  • Fresh cream - 3 tbsp.

How to Make Prawns Dalna

  • Clean prawns, marinate with coconut powder, turmeric powder and salt for 15-20 mins.
  • Boil the potatoes whole, taking care not to over cook it. Peel the skin and cut into pieces.
  • Heat oil, add potatoes, chilli powder, onions and salt.
  • Fry till the onions and potatoes turn brown.
  • Add fresh cream. Stir for a minute.
  • Add marinated prawns, mix well and keep in low flame for about 10 mins.
