Ingredients

  • 1 kg. large prawns, shelled, cleaned.
  • 2 onions, ground.
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste .
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard paste .
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder .
  • 2 green chillies, ground .
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder .
  • 1 tsp - Mustard oil .
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped .
  • oil for cooking .
  • Salt to taste .
  • How to Make Prawns in mustard sauce:

    1. Mix onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies paste.
    2. Mix the prawns with the paste, salt, chilli and turmeric powder and mustard oil.
    3. Place this mixture in the centre of the foil.
    4. Roast in medium oven for 45 mins.
    5. Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
