How to Make Prawns Masala

  • Clean, devein and wash the prawns well.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick kadai and saute the onions on a medium flame till golden.
  • Add tomatoes, salt green chillies and crushed ginger-garlic.
  • Cook on a low flame till the tomatoes are tender.
  • Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  • Cook till oil separates. Add prawns and little water.
  • Cook on a low flame till the prawns are done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot rotis.
