Ingredients

  • 450 g - mutton/lamb chops
  • 2 tsp - Mustard Seeds (roasted and powdered)
  • 1.5 tbsp - black pepper (roasted and powdered)
  • 1tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup - cut Onion
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Pressure cooked Mutton Chops:

    1. Grind all the items except mutton and oil.
    2. Heat the oil in the pressure pan and add the mutton.
    3. Stir for 3 mins and pour in the ground mixture.
    4. Stir for 3 minutes, add a little water and cover.
    5. Let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles or till the mutton is cooked.
