  • 1 - small banana.
  • 1 scoop - protein mix.
  • 1/2 cup - milk.
  • ice cubes.
  • How to Make Protein Smoothie:

    1. Put ice cubes, banana and 1/4 cup milk in the blender. Blend till ice is crushed.
    2. Then add the protein mix, remaining milk and blend again.
    3. The smoothie is ready to serve.
