  • 250 g - wheat flour.
  • 100 g - soya powder.
  • 50 g - garam masala powder.
  • 50 g - olive oil.
  • salt.

How to Make Protein Wheat Dosa

  • Mix chapatti flour with soy powder (Use ratio 4:1).
  • Add a little garam masala powder. Add salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients with water until you get a semi-thick dosa batter.
  • On a non-stick frying pan, spread half a tsp of olive oil.
  • Spread dosa batter on pan and cook till both sides are light brown in colour.
  • Serve dosa with coconut chutney and sambar.
