Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sooji.
  • 1/2 cup - curd.
  • 1/2 cup - sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp - saunf.
  • 1 - ripe Banana (mashed).
  • elaichi powder little bit.
  • oil to fry.
  • How to Make Pua and Singal:

    1. For Pua: Mix all these ingredients together.
    2. Keep this for 1 hour.
    3. Heat oil.
    4. Prepare small balls using this mixture and put this into the oil.
    5. Deep fry till golden brown.
    6. Remove them from the oil and put these into a bowl.
    7. You can use a tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
    8. For singal:
    9. Take the same mixture into a plastic bag with a hole and squeeze it making round shaped like Jalebi in a hot oil.
    10. Fry till brown.
    11. Remove it from the oil.
