Ingredients

  • 4 - large eggs.
  • 2 cups - low-fat milk.
  • 1.5 cups - apples (peeled and sliced).
  • 1.5 cups - granola.
  • 1.5 tbsp - maple syrup.
  • 1 tbsp - butter.
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract.

How to Make Pudding Souffle

  • Grease four 16-ounce ramekins with butter.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together granola, fruit and maple syrup. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla.
  • Divide evenly among prepared ramekins.
  • Add fruit mixture to ramekins in even amounts.
  • Stir contents in each ramekin, just enough to mix.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins or until set.
  • This is great served with whipped cream.
