Ingredients

  • 3 bundles - Mint leaves.
  • 12 - red chillies.
  • 1 - tamarind.
  • a small piece - lemon.
  • ginger.
  • 1 palm full oil.
  • 5 tbsp - coriander seeds.
  • How to Make Pudhina chutney:

    1. Fry the dhania and red chillies in 2 tbsps oil until they turn brown in colour.
    2. Then add pudhina and fry it for 5 mins.
    3. Add tamarind and ginger and fry for another 5 mins.
    4. Allow the ingredients to cool.
    5. Grind the ingredients with water until it becomes a nice paste.
    6. Again heat the pan, add remaining oil and pour this paste and boil it for 5 to 10 mins until it turns into dark green in colour.
