Ingredients

  • 1 Pudhina bunch.
  • 1 kothmir bunch.
  • grated Coconut -1.
  • 4 - medium tomatoes.
  • 5 green chillies.
  • tamarind( Nimbu size quantity, ).
  • Few flakes - garlic.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make pudhina mix chutney

  • Cut pudhina, kothmir, tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Saute grated coconut, tamarind, garlic, in 4 tsp of oil for about 10 minutes.
  • Add all the above ingredients, salt into mixie and grind to paste.
  • Serve with rotis, rice, idli, dosa etc.
