Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized bunches pudina
  • 4 green chillies
  • small piece ginger
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1.5 medium sized cup - curd
  • 1 lemon
  • 1.5 tsp - jeera
  • salt to taste

How to Make Pudina Curd Chutney

  • Wash pudina and remove leaves.
  • In the mixer pot mix together pudina leaves,
  • Chilli, jeera, salt, a little water, and grind together.
  • Keep aside.
  • In a pan, heat the garlic cloves with a little oil till light brown.
  • Add the garlic in the mixer pot and grind.
  • Add curd in the bowl and mix again.
  • Add juice of lemon and sieve through a muslin cloth.
