Ingredients

  • 4 cups - wheat flour.
  • 1 small bunch - mint leaves, finely chopped.
  • handful - coriander leaves, finely chopped.
  • 4 - green chillies, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain.
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds.
  • 3 tbsp - oil.
  • 7 tbsp - ghee.
  • Salt.

How to Make Pudina (Mint) Paratha

  • Mix together mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain and cumin seeds.
  • Add this mixture to the wheat flour along with salt and oil. Mix well.
  • Add sufficient water to make a semi-soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions.
  • Smoothen each portion.
  • Dip into flour and roll it out like a thick roti.
  • Preheat the tawa and rub the tawa with little ghee.
  • Roast the parathas on a medium flame till golden.
  • Apply 1 tsp ghee when flipping sides.
  • Serve.
