  • 1 cup pudina/mint leaves.
  • 2 cups Wheat flour.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin.
  • 2 green chillies.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Pudina parathas

  • Grind pudina, cumin and green chillies into a paste without adding water.
  • Add lemon juice to this.
  • Add this paste and salt to wheat flour and knead into a dough.
  • Make parathas with ghee.
  • Serve it with curd or raita.
