Ingredients

  • 2 cups - plain flour.
  • 1/2 cup - Mint leaves.
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds.
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped.
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp - sugar.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil for deep frying.
  • How to Make Pudina puris:

    1. Pound the mint leaves, cumin seeds, green chillies, lemon juice, sugar and salt together.
    2. Combine this mixture with the flour, add enough water and knead into a firm dough.
    3. Divide into small portions.
    4. Roll out on a lightly greased surface into thin circles.
    5. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and drain on tissue paper.
    6. Serve hot.
