  • 2 cups - fresh curd.
  • 1 bunch - pudina/mint leaves, finely chopped.
  • 1 - medium size onion, finely chopped.
  • A pinch - cumin powder.
  • A pinch - black salt or regular salt to taste.

How to Make Pudina Raitha

  • Pour the curd in a bowl.
  • Add the finely chopped mint leaves and onion.
  • Add cumin powder and salt to taste and mix well.
  • Serve with any pulao or flavoured rice.
