Ingredients

  • 2 cups - fresh curd.
  • 1 bunch - pudina/mint leaves, finely chopped.
  • 1 - medium size onion, finely chopped.
  • A pinch - cumin powder.
  • A pinch - black salt or regular salt to taste.
  • How to Make Pudina Raitha:

    1. Pour the curd in a bowl.
    2. Add the finely chopped mint leaves and onion.
    3. Add cumin powder and salt to taste and mix well.
    4. Serve with any pulao or flavoured rice.
