Ingredients

  • 10 - potatoes, cubed.
  • 2 sprigs - dry mint.
  • 2 tsp - mustard oil.
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric.
  • Pinch - asafoetida.
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala.
  • Bay Leaf - 1.
  • How to Make Pudine Ke Aloo:

    1. Heat oil, add all the ingredients, along with salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Cook till potatoes are well done.
    3. Serve hot.
