  • 3 cups - paddy puffed rice
  • 3/4 cup - jaggery
  • 1/2 cup - coconut pieces
  • A little ghee

How to Make Puffed Rice Laddus - Pori Urundai

  • Prepare the jaggery syrup with some water.
  • Saute coconut pieces in some ghee and keep aside.
  • Add the puffed rice and coconut pieces to the jaggery, and mix till incorporated.
  • Let it cool a little bit and shape them into balls.
