Ingredients

  • 1 - pizza base.
  • 1/2 cup - pizza gravy.
  • 1/2 cup - puffed wheat.
  • 1 - onion, thinly sliced.
  • 1 tbsp - capsicum, chopped finely.
  • 1/4 cup - mozzarella or processed cheese, finely grated.
  • How to Make Puffed Wheat Pizza Topping:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 C for 5 mins. If pizza base is too thick, warm and press down to flatten.
    2. Add puffed wheat to gravy, spread over pizza base.
    3. Top, first with onion, then capsicum.
    4. Garnish with grated cheese, grill in hot oven for 5-7 mins.
    5. It is done, once base is crisp and edges golden.
    6. Remove, cool a little, before serving.
    7. To serve, cut with pizza cutter, or scissors into quarters.
    8. Serve hot and crisp, with ketchup.
