Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 medium size glass
  • Rice flour - 1 medium size glass
  • Groundnut - 50 g
  • Bengal Gram - 1 glass
  • Horse gram - 1 glass
  • Poppy Seeds - 10 g
  • Chana ke dal - 50 g
  • Til - 10 g
  • Jaggery- 250 g

How to Make Pullangai Unde with Poppy seeds

  • Fry Bengal gram, horse gram, groundnut, wheat flour and rice flour separately, with a little ghee.
  • Grind Bengal gram and horse gram separately.
  • Put jaggery in a pan. Add a little water, till it dissolves and bubbles form.
  • Then add all the powdered flour, mix it well and make small balls.
  • Cool it for 10 minutes.
