  • 1/2 cup - Pumpkin puree
  • 3 - Egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - low fat Cream
  • 1tsp - vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp - packed Brown sugar
  • How to Make Pumpkin Creme Brulee:

    1. Take a large bowl and whisk the yolks with vanilla extract for a while. Add the sugar and beat again until it turns soft and fluffy.
    2. Add the milk, pumpkin puree followed by the cream and beat again for a while.
    3. Keep aside for half an hour. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 160 degree C, take a large vessel and pour lukewarm water and keep aside.
    4. Pour the pumpkin cream in 4 ramekins, keep them in the vessel with lukewarm water and bake for 25 minutes in middle rack of the oven.
    5. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of brown sugar over the cooked cream and broil until the sugar turns brown (this happens very quickly)
