Ingredients

  • Boiled Rice - 200 g
  • Raw Rice - 200 g
  • Pumpkin - 2 small pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Pumpkin Dosa:

    1. Soak both the boiled and raw rice for 4 hours.
    2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Grind the pumpkin pieces.
    3. Then add the soaked rice along with the pumpkin pieces and mix. Add salt to taste.
    4. Heat a pan, pour some oil and cook on both sides. Serve.
