Ingredients

  • 1 cup - White pumpkin chopped into thin pieces
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 3 - Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste.
  • 12 - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Coconut Oil

How to Make Pumpkin Olan

  • Cook the pumpkin in water along with salt and chillies till done.
  • Add the milk to it and remove from fire. Add the coconut oil to this.
  • Serve hot with rice or Chapattis.
