  • 1 cup - Pumpkin (pressure cooked and pureed)
  • 2 cups- Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - all - purpose flour, for dusting
  • 1/2 tsp- Cumin seeds
  • 1/2tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Pumpkin Paratha:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and add gradually water if needed. Knead everything into a soft and stiff dough, and keep aside for an hour.
    2. Make 10-12 medium sized balls, dust each ball with all-purpose flour and roll them into round discs with a rolling pin.
    3. Heat a non-stick pan and drop gently the rolled parathas, drizzle few drops of oil cook on both sides until they get cooked.
    4. Serve hot with any side dish.
