Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Pumpkin, peeled and chopped into medium sized pieces
  • 2 - Red Chillies broken into small pieces
  • 6-8 - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil.

How to Make Pumpkin Side Dish

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the curry leaves, cumin seeds and red chillies for a minute.
  • Then add the pumpkin, chilly powder and salt and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat until the pumpkin is tender.
  • Serve with rice.
