  • 2 cups - Curd
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Mint leaves powder (or crushed fresh leaves)
  • 1/4 pinch - Asafoetida
  • To taste - salt
  • 4 cups - water

How to Make Punjabi Lassi (Spicy Buttermilk)

  • Take curd in a bowl and blend it with hand blender.
  • Add all the spices and salt, and blend again.
  • Add the water too and blend for a few more seconds.
  • Pour into serving glass and enjoy with lunch, or as refreshment.
