Ingredients

  • Curd - 150 g
  • Garlic - cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup - leftover pakoras
  • Besan - 100 g
  • Onion - 3-4
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Amchoor powder
  • Some Methi
  • Curry leaves
  • How to Make Punjabi Pakora Kadhi:

    1. Whisk curd with besan and add all the masala powders.
    2. Take some oil in a heavy bottomed pan and heat it.
    3. Put cumin seeds, methi, and garlic. When it turns light brown in colour, add the onion.
    4. Put the whisked curd in it and after it boils, simmer and cook it till it is done.
    5. Add the pakoras and curry leaves and serve it with rice.
