Ingredients

  • Curd - 150 g
  • Garlic - cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup - leftover pakoras
  • Besan - 100 g
  • Onion - 3-4
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - amchoor powder
  • Some methi
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Punjabi Pakora Kadhi

  • Whisk curd with besan and add all the masala powders.
  • Take some oil in a heavy bottomed pan and heat it.
  • Put cumin seeds, methi, and garlic. When it turns light brown in colour, add the onion.
  • Put the whisked curd in it and after it boils, simmer and cook it till it is done.
  • Add the pakoras and curry leaves and serve it with rice.
