Ingredients

  • Leftover puris
  • Pistachio (Pista)
  • Cardamom (Ilaichi)
  • Milk
  • Saffron
  • How to Make Puri Peni:

    1. Add badam, pista, elachi and a pinch of saffron to milk and boil it to a thick consistency.
    2. Add as much sugar as you would like.
    3. Place the puri's one by one and pour this milk over it. Puri peni is ready.
