  • 1/2 cup - beetroot, boiled and grated
  • 1.5 cups - whole Wheat flour/atta
  • 2 -3 tbsp - coriander, chopped fine
  • Chat masala - a pinch
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • Milk as required
  • How to Make Purple Paratha:

    1. Mix everything together in a big bowl. Add milk as required.
    2. Knead and make a smooth dough.
    3. Divide the dough into 5 or 6 equal parts and roll each one of them into 6 inch round circles.
    4. Heat a tawa and cook these like normal chapattis.
    5. Add half a tsp of ghee on both sides while cooking to keep them soft.
    6. Serve with yogurt.
