  • 4 - boiled Aloo
  • 4 tbsp - pudina chutney
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Some Curry leaves
  • How to Make Quick Aloo:

    1. Take a pan and put oil in it.
    2. Take curry leaves and cumin seeds and add to the oil as it heats.
    3. Add potatoes, salt lemon juice, and sugar in it mix it well and take away from flame.
    4. Put pudina coriander chutney in it, and serve hot with roti or as a starters
