  • 4 - potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced into small chunks.
  • A small bunch - spring onions, chopped very fine.
  • A small piece - ginger, grated.
  • 2 tsp - jeera.
  • 3 tsp - finely chopped coriander.
  • 2 - chillies, finely chopped.
  • 2 cups - yoghurt, beaten well.
  • 2 tsp of oil.
  • How to Make Quick and Easy Potato Raita:

    1. Heat the oil in the pan and add jeera.
    2. Once it splutters, add ginger and chillies, and fry well.
    3. Add spring onions and fry for a couple of minutes.
    4. Once they are done, add salt and boiled potatoes and mix well.
    5. Take it off the heat, add yogurt and garnish it with coriander leaves.
