Ingredients

  • 1 can - rasgullas (10 to 15 pieces)
  • 4 cups - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • A few Saffron strands soaked in 1/4 cup warm Milk
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder

How to Make Quick and Simple Rasmalai

  • Boil milk in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly, and then add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Gently squeeze rasgullas and immerse into the milk.
  • Check sweetness of the milk and add sweet water from the can if required.
  • Serve warm or cold with a garnish of finely chopped nuts or raisins of your choice.
