Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - vegetable oil
  • 2 cups - powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 2 cups - diced apples

How to Make Quick Apple cake

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees C.
  • Lightly grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.
  • Beat the vegetable oil and eggs till foamy.
  • Add sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, salt and vanilla essence in that order and mix well.
  • Lastly, stir in the diced apples and mix well.
  • Pour batter into greased pan.
  • Bake at 350 degree C for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cool in a pan for 10 mins. This cake needs no frosting.
